At Onyx Wellness, we want every visit to feel seamless and stress-free. To ensure the best possible care for all our guests, we ask that you take a moment to review our policies. Your understanding and cooperation allow us to provide the relaxing, restorative experience you deserve.
Arrival to Your Appointment
We ask that you please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients) and prepare for the service. All services have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged.
Credit Card Required
A credit card is required to book all massage or laser appointments.
Cancellations
Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
No Show and Last-Minute Cancellation Policy
We at Onyx Wellness understand that situations may arise leading to a change in your availability and we do our best to accommodate such circumstances. However, in the case of late cancellations or no shows of massage or laser appointments, we have implemented a policy that will apply to such occurrences. By scheduling an appointment with Onyx Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation/Reschedule with More Than 24 Hours Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and you will not incur any fees.
Cancellation/Reschedule Within 24 Hours Notice
For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged to the card on file or billed at your next visit.
No-Shows
In the event that you miss your appointment without contacting us, 100% of the total service cost will be charged as a fee.
Late Arrival
If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment and we are unable to perform an abbreviated service in the remaining allotted time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the above fees would apply.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such a situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Couples Services
A 50% deposit is required to book all couples services. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable if cancellations are made less than 24-hours before the scheduled appointment time. No shows, appointments cancelled upon arrival, and appointments cancelled within less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full for all services booked.
Treatment of Minors
For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please do not bring your valuables to your appointment.
Product Returns or Exchanges
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home. In the event you desire to return any unopened and unused products, we will exchange them or offer store credit within 10 days of purchase. We unfortunately cannot take returns or exchanges on open or used products.
