Your Guide to a Smooth and Relaxing Spa Experience

At Onyx Wellness Spa, we want every visit to feel seamless and stress-free. To ensure the best possible care for all our guests, we ask that you take a moment to review our spa policies. Your understanding and cooperation allow us to provide the relaxing, restorative experience you deserve.
Arrival to Your Appointment
We ask that you please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients) and prepare for the service. All services have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged.
Cancellations
Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
No Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations
Missed appointments may be charged at the full rate of service. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation without a fee.
Appointments
A credit card is required to book all appointments.
Couples Services
A 50% deposit is required to book all couples services. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable if cancellations are made less than 24-hours before the scheduled appointment time. No shows, appointments cancelled upon arrival, and appointments cancelled within less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full for all services booked.
Children
Children under 18 years old must have a signed consent form for the minor to receive the service. In addition, for children under 12 years old, a parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room for the duration of the service.
For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please do not bring your valuables into the spa.
Product Returns or Exchanges
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home. In the event you desire to return any unopened and unused products, we will exchange them or offer store credit within 10 days of purchase. We unfortunately cannot take returns or exchanges on open or used products.
