Our Story
Onyx Wellness began in Greensburg in 1999 and expanded to Leechburg in 2004 so that quality chiropractic care would be more convenient for our community. In 2015, we opened Onyx Wellness Spa, inspired by the protective and restorative power of the onyx stone, creating a warm, relaxing space where stress melts away and your body can recharge.
