Are there any cancellation fees if I need to reschedule?
We understand last-minute issues arise. Therefore, we ask that you kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, no shows and last-minute cancellations for spa services will be charged at the full rate of service.
